Owners of Comercial Soho S.A., pioneering Chilean company for the production and export of “Premium” extra virgin olive oils. Counting with over 400 hectares of olive farms, a daily work capacity of 60 tons of olive oil using Westfalia technology-based oil mills and a storage capacity of 400,000 liters. GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION
The fields of our associated producers are located all over the Central Valley of Chile, in agricultural areas privileged in the way of irrigation, soil conditions and Mediterranean climate, and surrounded by the most beautiful natural scenery.
TECHNOLOGY
All ECO-FOODS partners’ assets possess the certificates required by the most demanding international markets. The oil mill boasts state-of-the-art Westfalia technology (60 Tons / day) certified with HACCP and Kosher Ortodox Union. In addition, both the mill and farms are certified by IMO Switzerland for 100% organic production (USDA, NOP, EU, JAS).
